In order to settle all arrival formalities the following info is required latest 36hrs prior to estimated time of arrival:
- Name of boat and flag;
- IMO and Registry number;
- Sail Number;
- Type of boat, LOA, BOA, draft and color of the hull and superstructure;
- Port of registry and home port;
- Expected date of arrival and route of prospective passage;
- Purpose and expected time of stay in St. Petersburg;
- Number of crew.
Failure to present the above mentioned information may cause refusal or delaying your entry to the port.
Captain should have following documents ready for immigration control:
- boat's registry certificate;
- document of compliance;
- invitation letter from Russian physical or juridical body;
- crew list (two copies);
- personal identification documents of crew and passengers with right of entry to Russian federation (visas).
