General information

For entry to Russian federation all foreign nationals are required to get visa. Entry visa to Russia is possible to obtain at the Russian embassy or Consulate abroad only. For visa application it is necessary to have an invitation from Russian counterpart (visa support). Our invitation will enable you to obtain visa at any embassy or consulate of RF.

However visa support is possible on the term of the hotel reservation only. This service is absolutely free except in the case of cancellation of reservation mentioned. If you annul you reservation when you invitation was issued already (but before the hotel cancellation fee is applied) we keep the cost of invitation fee of 1800 RUR (apr. 50EUR) per PAX.

In case for some reasons you are not able to go to the Russian consulate personally we can offer you to use service of our German partner (Berlin). Notwithstanding with the place of your living (any region of Germany, Europe, USA) you will get your Russian visa in any period convenient.

RUSSIAN VISA TYPES

The most optimal type of visa for visiting Russia by yacht is tourist visa.

Requirements for getting tourist invitation

To get the invitation for tourist visa please send us following passport details for every traveler:

first name, family name
date of birth
citizenship
passport number and its expiry date
travel data: dates of trip, cities to be visited, multiplicity of visa, car or yacht details (if you travel by car or yacht)
fax number where invitation should be sent.

If you travel with child (children) indicated in to your passport, please send their names, surnames, date of births and citizenships. If your child has his own passport it is necessary to have a separate invitation. Please check with your Russian Embassy or Consulate if the original of invitation is required. If it is so we are glad to send the original of invitation by post at the cost of 180 RUB per pax (apr 5 EUR). Otherwise we will send it to you by fax.

Consulate requirements

When you receive the invitation you should apply to the local Russian Embassy or Consulate and submit the following documents:

For tourist visa (single, double-entry, up to 30 days):
- your original passport with at least 2 visa-designated pages (ATTENTION: the passport must be valid for at least 6 months after visa expiry date);
- two copies of completed and signed visa application forms;
- one(three) passport-sized photos;
- medical insurance which is valid in Russia (for a complete period of visa);
- the invitation: confirmation of a hotel reservation from authorized Russian travel agency, or directly from the Russian hotel you have booked, showing reference number and confirmation number for the visa;
- consulate's fee.
For business visa (single, double and multiple-entry, validity up to 1 year):
- your original passport with at least 2 visa-designated pages (ATTENTION: passport must be valid for at least 6 months after visa expiry date);
- two copies of completed and signed visa application forms;
- one(three) passport-sized photos;
- medical insurance which is valid in Russia (for a complete period of visa);
- for staying exceeding 3 months or for a multiple-entry visa, a negative HIV test is required;
- official invitation from an organization authorized to invite business visitors to Russia or telex number issued by Ministry of Foreigner Affairs. For staying exceeding 3 months or for multiple-entry visa the original of invitation is required;
- consulate's fee.
